We’ve done it for 12 years that I know of. We just started with you guys a couple of years ago.
We’re sold on recognition programs. It’s always worked well for us.
Shifting to you guys has really just made it easier for us to accomplish, because we were using somebody locally, and while I’m a “buy local” kind of guy, it just wasn’t working with them any longer. It was too burdensome for us.
The transition over to you guys has just been so easy. It fits perfectly with what we’re doing.
They had a lot of turnover, and wouldn’t be as prompt as we needed them to be. The quality of what they were producing for us wasn’t consistent.
We had to leave property to go pick it up ourselves. This comes in the mail; that part was easier, too.
Communication and the quality of what they were delivering… those were really the two biggest things that we’ve noticed a difference in going with your company.
