At Chili’s in Grapevine, TX, General Manager, Lisa Wherry, has fully embraced the idea of using social media to make a huge deal about employee recognition. Lisa posts pics of monthly winners to her Twitter and Instagram feeds, along with other accolades her team earns all throughout the month.
