The amazing crew at A&M Management took us along for the ride (via the picture recap) at their end of year themed banquets. These folks know how to party!
It’s a celebration of their team members’ contributions throughout the year. There’s no denying that the employee experience is a big part of the workplace culture in the A&M Management restaurant family, and owner, John Arnold, and the whole leadership team work very hard to bring that to life.
Check out what Sarah Bryant, GM at Oak & Pie Wood Fired Pizzeria & Wine Bar, (she’s the one busting a move in the slideshow…) had to say about their annual events:
“Just wanted to share! All FOUR of our stores have the most incredibly happy and committed humans. I truly think it is the little things like shout out board hung up at at every store and we pick the best shout out ever week and post it online and give the the giver and recipient a free meal card. Annnd our end of the year themed award banquet is the talk of the place all year. As you can see we go all out! Thank you for making our little corner of the world a little brighter.”
One thing is for sure, A&M Management just threw down the gauntlet on employee appreciation banquets and end of year parties! It has definitely inspired the team at MyEmployees to go even bigger and better at our end of year party now, too!
