Thanks for referring a candidate to the Account Executive Position!  Please review the following information:

Submission Requirements: To register a referral, the referrer must confirm the candidate has submitted an application identifying the referrer by first and last name. Submissions should only be made after the candidate has applied.

Payout Schedule: Referrers are eligible to receive a total of $5,000 in referral bonuses per hired candidate, paid as follows: 

• $1,500 upon the referral achieving $15,000 in sales; and
• $3,500 upon the referral achieving $75,000 in sales within 6 months of the referral’s start date.

Eligibility & Priority: Referral bonuses are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple referrers submit the same candidate, eligibility will be assigned to the first submission received.
